and fees are defined in separate
Statements of Work agreed with
each client.

You agree NOT to:
> Use the site for unlawful or
fraudulent purposes
> Attempt to gain unauthorized
access to our systems
> Transmit viruses, malware, or
other malicious code
> Interfere with site operation
or other users' access
> Scrape, harvest, or collect
data without permission
> Misrepresent your identity or

Statement of Work or agreement.

We will not disclose your

contracted services
Specific confidentiality terms
may be defined in separate NDAs.
[06] PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms are specified in
each Statement of Work or
service agreement. Unless
otherwise agreed:
> Invoices due within 30 days
> Late payments may incur
interest at the statutory
rate under Estonian law
> All fees exclude VAT (added
where applicable)
> We reserve the right to
suspend services for
non-payment
[07] DISCLAIMERS & WARRANTIES
This website and our services
are provided on an "AS IS" and
"AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted
by law, we disclaim all
warranties, express or implied,
including:
> Merchantability
> Fitness for particular purpose
> Non-infringement
> Accuracy of information
We do not warrant that the site
will be uninterrupted, error-

[08] LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Either party may terminate with
30 days written notice, or
immediately if the other party
materially breaches and fails
to remedy within 14 days.
Upon termination, you shall pay
for all services rendered up to
the termination date.

Neither party shall be liable
for failure to perform due to
circumstances beyond reasonable
control, including:
> Natural disasters
> War, terrorism, civil unrest
> Government actions
> Internet/power outages
> Pandemics or epidemics
The affected party must notify
the other promptly and make
reasonable efforts to mitigate.
[13] GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the
laws of the Republic of Estonia.
Any disputes shall be resolved
in the courts of Tallinn,
Estonia, unless otherwise agreed
in a separate written agreement.
Before initiating legal action,
both parties agree to attempt
good-faith negotiation.
[14] SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms
is found to be invalid or
unenforceable by a court of
competent jurisdiction, the
remaining provisions shall
continue in full force and
effect.
[15] ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our
Privacy Policy and any applicable
Statements of Work, constitute
the entire agreement between you
and G.T.M GANG OÜ regarding the
subject matter herein.
They supersede all prior
agreements, communications, and
understandings, whether written
or oral.
[16] CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms from
time to time. Changes will be
posted on this page with an
updated revision date.
Continued use of our website
or services after changes
constitutes acceptance of the
updated Terms.
For material changes, we will
make reasonable efforts to
notify you in advance.
